1950's hair styles

I have an up and coming appointment with my hair dresses to run through hair style ideas and i've found a small selection below... what to choose, what to choose...

Bridesmaid Dresses 1950's style

My bridesmaids live in two different places in the UK as well as one in Poland so i need to find the perfect bridesmaid dresses in one day when they all finally met up again just after Christmas. The way i made sure we could find the perfect dresses without too much of a hassle was by doing some research!

The way i went about it was to choose a style and find a shop / store / brand which fitted in with my theme and i managed to find this place: http://www.vivienofholloway.com/

They have a variety of dresses in different colours and i was able to walk in the shop and let my bridesmaids loose! i informed them of the colour they needed to buy and the rest was left to them. The rest of the day we were able to shop for shoes, have a nice lunch and generally enjoy the day. Winner!

cheese Cakes!!!

Me and my fiance are not big on the traditional wedding cakes, we dont like the tastes and we can't work out why they cost so much! because of this i've been looking at alternative sand i've stumbled over this website:  http://www.thecheeseshed.com/
What we've decided to do is use the cheese wedding cake and tie this into our evening buffet. This means we'll be buying condiments, bread, crackets etc and laying on a little spread for the hunger crowd towards the later part of the evening.

The above website also allows you to choose the type of cheese you want via the cake builder section of the website. Win win. No stinky cheese please!
